Service Description

Dietitian-created personalized, tailored meal plans offered on a weekly or monthly basis for either individuals or families. Meal plan options are based on your and/or your family's taste preferences, cooking and food prep abilities, and time commitments. Offered to existing clients only at this time. There will be a 10-15-minute intake via phone prior to obtaining your individualized meal plan to assist with personalization.
