Learn strategies and techniques to make grocery shopping simple and enjoyable! Discuss foods and beverages while walking around the grocery store and learn how to evaluate products, read food labels, and incorporate new ingredients/foods into healthy meal ideas! Grocery store tours are 90-minutes (may be shortened to 60-minutes, as needed) and are available for individuals as well as couples/families.
