Virtual One-on-One Nutrition Counseling
Book a video visit with Alex to reach your health goals!
Initial consults include a nutrition assessment, education, personalized tailored recommendations, and goal setting to meet YOUR needs. Follow-up visits allow for continued support and guidance from a Nutrition expert.
Visits are billed in 15-minute units and generally range from 45-60 minutes for an initial consult and 15-30 minutes for a follow-up visit.
Virtual Couple & Family Nutrition Counseling
Book a video visit with Alex to improve your family's health!
Improve your household's health with group nutrition counseling sessions that include a nutrition assessment, education, personalized recommendations, and goal setting to improve each participant's health with the support of loved ones. Follow-up visits allow for continued support and guidance from a Nutrition expert.

Menu Planning with Alex
Book a virtual class with Alex to take the stress away from menu planning!
Learn strategies and approaches to plan healthier meals while saving time and money. Identify barriers to healthy eating and gain menu planning tools, customized food and recipe resources, and grocery shopping tips that promote health and wellness. Classes range from 30-90 minutes.
In addition to teaching how to meal plan, Alex offers:

Healthy Pantry Makeover with Alex
Book a video visit with Alex to learn what to keep on hand for healthy eating!
Walk Alex through your kitchen's pantry, fridge, and/or freezer to learn more about the health benefits and risks of foods, nutrition facts label reading, and healthy staples to keep on hand for quick, nutritious meals. Visits range from 30-90 minutes.
