Service Description

Initial Nutrition consults are typically 60-minutes (may be 45-minutes, as needed) and include a nutrition assessment, nutrition education, and plan to motivate you to reach your Nutrition goals. Visits are completed virtually via a HIPAA-compliant secure platform, called Practice Better. Follow-up visits may be 30-minutes or 15-minutes and allow for continued support along your health and wellness journey!
