Walk Alex through your kitchen's pantry, fridge, and/or freezer to learn more about the health benefits and risks of foods, nutrition facts label reading, and healthy staples to keep on hand for quick, nutritious meals. The class is completed virtually via a HIPAA-compliant secure platform called Practice Better and may be either 90-minutes or 60-minutes.
