Service Description

Improve your household's health with virtual group couple or family nutrition counseling sessions that include a nutrition assessment, education, personalized recommendations, and goal setting to improve each participant's health with the support of loved one(s). Visits are completed virtually via a HIPAA-compliant secure platform, called Practice Better. Follow-up visits allow for continued support and guidance from a Nutrition expert.
