Alexandra C. Sanchez, MS, RD, LDN, CDCES guides clients in attaining their nutrition goals to nourish their body and their mind. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and French and provides culturally-appropriate, individualized care with a holistic approach to wellness. Her philosophy is that eating well for health and wellness should be simple, accessible to all, and overall delicious! ​
