These Chocolate-Dipped Graham Crackers strike the perfect balance between nourishment and enjoyment. They deliver flavor, portion control, and ease in every bite. With their crisp texture, rich chocolate coating, simple ingredients list, and ability to customize, this treat satisfies sweet cravings while still fitting into a balanced lifestyle. This no-bake dessert is a healthier alternative to store-bought sweets and can be fun to make on your own or with loved ones! Best of all, they come together in minutes, making them ideal for those days when you want something special without the fuss. They are as fun to make as to eat. In the photo below, I used chopped freeze-dried raspberries and coconut flakes as well as chopped dried cranberries, pistachios, and a sprinkle of sea salt.
Yield: 12 servings (12 graham cracker squares)

Serving Size: 1 graham cracker square each
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients: 12 graham cracker squares
8 ounces dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
1 teaspoon coconut oil, optional to make the chocolate smoother
Topping Suggestions: Freeze-dried fruit or dried fruit
Crushed nuts or seeds Peanut butter or nut/seed butter
Coconut flakes
Flaky sea salt
Candied ginger
Crushed peppermint
Instructions:
1. Select your topping suggestions and prep as needed. If using freeze-dried fruit or dried fruit, consider chopping them to make them easier to place on the graham cracker. If using peanut butter or nut/seed butter, consider warming in microwave to make it easier to drizzle on the graham crackers.
2. Warm chocolate chips or chopped chocolate, adding coconut oil to make the chocolate smoother as needed. This can be done either by microwaving the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl using 15 second intervals at 50% power, stirring between each round, for about 90 seconds or until smooth. Or, use a double boiler over simmering (not boiling) water to melt chocolate and prevent burning. Remove from heat when a few small pieces remain, stirring until smooth.
3. Using a fork, lay one graham cracker square flat onto a fork and slowly dip it into the chocolate until it is completely covered. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off. Use the fork to move the chocolate-dipped graham cracker to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Continue this process until all crackers are dipped in chocolate.
4. Sprinkle the toppings onto the chocolate-dipped graham crackers, as desired. You can make an assortment of different toppings or make the crackers the same.
5. Place the baking tray with the decorated chocolate-covered graham crackers in the fridge to harden for 30-minutes. Once the chocolate has set, they are ready to enjoy! Storage: Keep these chocolate graham crackers in an airtight container at room temperature. They’ll stay fresh for up to 1 week. If your home is warm, you can store them in the refrigerator to prevent the chocolate from melting.
